AI-powered communication assistance that learns from your communication patterns to draft emails, messages, and other content in your voice and style.

Command Cloud

Enterprise-grade AI deployment services, including dedicated infrastructure, custom model training, and advanced integration capabilities.

3. AI-Generated Content Disclaimers

4. User Responsibilities

Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Services to:

Violate any applicable law or third-party rights
Generate defamatory, harassing, or obscene content
Impersonate others to deceive or defraud
Generate spam, phishing, or malicious communications
Reverse engineer or circumvent security measures
Sublicense, resell, or redistribute access

5. Intellectual Property

Our IP

The Services, including TrueMirror Profile™ methodology, Command Cloud platform, and all related technology, are proprietary to ExecClone and protected by intellectual property laws.

Your Content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a limited license to use your content solely to provide the Services to you.

6. Payment Terms

Setup fees due upon agreement signing
Monthly fees billed in advance
Prices subject to change with 30 days notice
Refunds at company discretion

7. Termination

Early Termination: 50% of remaining contract value due upon early termination.

Effect: Upon termination, your right to use Services ceases. We may delete your data after a retention period.

8. Limitation of Liability
