ExecClone LLC's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
ExecClone LLC does not use Google user data for advertising, marketing profiling, resale, or AI model training.

We retain your information only as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with legal obligations. Upon account termination:
- OAuth tokens are immediately revoked and deleted
- Email automation logs are retained for 90 days for audit purposes
- Account data is permanently deleted within 30 days unless required by law
