This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our services, including the ExecClone mobile apps for iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch, and Android, and our website.

ExecClone LLC's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
ExecClone LLC does not use Google user data for advertising, marketing profiling, resale, or AI model training.
ExecClone gives your company AI assistants ("clones") that you message, talk to, and assign work to. The assistants' replies are written by AI models that run at outside AI providers. This section explains exactly what the app sends, who receives it, and how you control it.
We ask before we share. After you sign in, the app shows what is sent and who receives it, and nothing you type, say, or attach is sent to an AI provider until you tap Agree and Continue. You can review or withdraw this permission at any time from the app menu under AI Data Sharing; once withdrawn, the app stops sending until you agree again.
The app does not include advertising or third-party analytics or tracking SDKs. Camera, microphone, calendar, contacts, and location access are requested only when you use a feature that needs them and are never collected in the background.
We do not use your content to train AI models, we do not sell it, and we do not use it for advertising.

Equal protection. Each of these providers processes your data only on our behalf and under its data processing terms with us (for example, the AWS Data Processing Addendum and the Microsoft Products and Services Data Protection Addendum), and their business API terms, which require it to protect your data at least as well as this policy does. None of these AI providers may use your prompts or replies to train their AI models. Amazon Bedrock does not share your data with the companies that make the models it runs (such as Anthropic) and does not store it after producing a reply. Backup providers may keep a request for a limited period (generally up to 30 days) solely to detect abuse, then delete it.

You can review or withdraw your permission for the app to send data to AI providers at any time from the app menu under AI Data Sharing. Your assistants cannot reply while permission is withdrawn.
You may revoke ExecClone's access to your Gmail account at any time by visiting your Google Account Security Settings and removing ExecClone from connected apps.
To delete your ExecClone account and associated data, follow the steps on our Account Deletion page or email privacy@execclone.com. The page also explains what we delete and what we keep, and for how long.
We retain your information only as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with legal obligations. Upon account termination:
While your account is active, we keep your conversations, files, and transcripts so your assistants can refer back to them. AI providers do not keep your data after producing a reply, except as described in Section 2.

ExecClone uses the AI and infrastructure providers listed in Section 2 and integrates with services your company chooses to connect (e.g., Google Gmail API, Microsoft 365). Your use of those connected services is governed by their respective privacy policies. We encourage you to review them.
Your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States or other countries where ExecClone or its service providers operate. By using our services, you consent to such transfers.
ExecClone is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware of such collection, we will promptly delete it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
